Mini-Session Portrait Contract

I hereby grant to Jennifer Jeanne Photography (“photographer”), the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself and/or my child(ren) for social media (i.e. Instagram and Facebook) and any other business-related purposes (i.e. Website portfolio), and to alter the same without restriction. I hereby release photographer and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

I also agree that purchased images will be used for personal use only and not be altered in any way other than cropping, if necessary for page layout.

All minors must be accompanied by and in the care of their parent/guardian.
